X\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u1ee9 t\u1ef1 \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p m\u1ed9t ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi thu\u1ed9c nhi\u1ec1u \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng tham gia BHYT kh\u00e1c nhau nh\u01b0 sau:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>b) Ng\u01b0\u1eddi thu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec3m a, c, d, \u0111 v\u00e0 e kho\u1ea3n 1 \u0110i\u1ec1u 12 c\u1ee7a Lu\u1eadt n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t ho\u1eb7c nhi\u1ec1u h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng th\u00ec \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT theo h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u00e0m c\u0103n c\u1ee9 tham gia BHXH b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Theo \u0111\u00f3, ng\u01b0\u1eddi lao \u0111\u1ed9ng k\u00fd nhi\u1ec1u h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u c\u00f4ng ty th\u00ec \u0111\u00f3ng BHYT theo h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng lao \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u00e0m c\u0103n c\u1ee9 tham gia BHXH b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">T\u1ea1i \u0111i\u1ec3m a kho\u1ea3n 5 \u0110i\u1ec1u 2 Lu\u1eadt BHXH n\u0103m 2024 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>\u201c\u0110\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng tham gia BHXH b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c v\u00e0 BHXH t\u1ef1 nguy\u1ec7n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>5.
